Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Thurston county, Wilson, J., entered September 11, 1929, upon sustaining a demurrer to the complaint, dismissing an action to enjoin the enforcement of a law by the state tax commission. Reversed.

PER CURIAM.
For the reasons assigned in the cases of Aberdeen Savings Loan Association v. Chase, ante p. 351, 289 P. 536, 290 P. 697, and Burr, Conrad Broom v. Chase, ante p. 393, 289 P. 551, the judgment appealed from is reversed, with instructions to the trial court to overrule the demurrer interposed by respondents.
