Victor Thompson appeals the sentence imposed following his convictions for witness tampering and providing false information to a public servant. He challenges the requirement that he submit a biological sample for DNA identification. His argument is controlled by the Supreme Court’s decision in State v. Surge, 160 Wn.2d 65, 156 P.3d 208 (2007).
