PER CURIAM.
The only issue raised in this appeal is a challenge to the calculation of the offender score used to determine the standard range. Appellant contends that the trial court should not have included as criminal history one or more juvenile offenses. The case was stayed pending State v. Smith, 144 Wn.2d 665, 30 P.3d 1245 (2001). After Smith was decided, the State conceded error. We accept the concession of error and remand for resentencing in accord with State v. Smith.
