247 P. 457
No. 19980. Department Two.The Supreme Court of Washington.
June 30, 1926.
Certiorari to review an order of the superior court for King county, Moriarty, J., entered April 27, 1926, upon quashing subpoenas in an action. Denied.
Leopold M. Stern and Clarence L. Gere, for realtor.
Hartge Cadwallader, for respondent.
PER CURIAM.
Certiorari is denied for the reason that the order quashing the subpoenas is a final order, in that it disposed of the attempt to compel the witness to appear, and there remained nothing more to be done in this regard. There was a remedy by appeal, which would be plain, speedy and adequate.
Writ denied.
