PER CURIAM.

This court granted discretionary review of the trial court’s order denying Bob Pugh’s motion to proceed pro se at a sexually violent predator annual review hearing. The State of Washington concedes error based on the absence of an appropriate record and findings of fact by the trial court. We accept the State’s concession, reverse the trial court’s order denying Pugh’s motion to proceed pro se, and remand for further proceedings. On remand, the trial court should confirm Pugh’s desire to proceed pro se and, if supported by the record, reconduct the annual review hearing with Pugh acting pro se.

Reversed and remanded.
